Avior is the TV/RADIO FM Omnidirectional antenna in the Glomex range characterized by very compact dimensions (diameter 100 mm/4”and height 210 mm/8”). It enables the user to watch TV programs broadcasted with analog and digital terrestrial system and to listen the radio. The new amplifier allows Avior to have an increase in the gain and to receive vertically and horizontally polarized TV signals coming from more directions at the same time.
The inner amplifier, coupled to the power inserter with 2 independent outputs for TV and radio (V9114PI-FM), allows the reception of VHF and UHF and FM frequencies with a single antenna. Avior can be installed on any kind of boat, whether sailboat or motorboat, and can be matched to the VHF RA121 antenna.

Mars 4 “NEO” DCSS is the new FULL-HD / 4K wirelessly controlled satellite TV antenna with 60cm disc to use up to 16 TVs simultaneously. Developed with the dCSS / SCR technology, Mars 4 ‘’NEO’’ DCSS has been specially manufactured to be used with the dCSS decoders, for example the Sky Q decoders, and to exploit all their features (such as recording a program while watching a other channel).

The TV satellite antennas of Glomex are refurbished in technology and performance: the new HPD (High Performance Dish) parabolic dishes with flanged LNB, combined with the innovative software for signal research, allow the compensation of quality losses due to satellite multiplication on the terrestrial orbit and to transmission on same frequency.
The geostationary satellites are located on the orbit close to the equator and are aligned with the terrestrial axis. Therefore, according to any geographical position corresponding to the equator line, all satellites appear as shifted to the East or to the West of their own South, as if they were tilted. In this case the polarizations of such satellites are no more horizontal or vertical according to their own position, but tilted. Therefore, if the frequency converter (LNB) does not turn the same number of degrees of inclination of the satellite, the polarizations will result in misalignment.
The skew option is precisely a compensation system proposed by Glomex which, acknowledging the geographic position, acts directly on the LNB by changing automatically the inclination. In this way the polarization is optimized and the best possible signal quality is achieved.
Mars 4 SKEW is the best product in the Glomex TV satellite antenna range. Identical in dimensions and features to Mars 4 (dish diameter 600 mm/24” and the possibility to connect up to 16 independent decoders on the same boat) it’s equipped with the skew option which offers the best quality in satellite TV signals reception. Mars 4 SKEW is also equipped with an efficient compensation system (for boat roll and pitch) by means of electronic gyro-stabilizers (EGS), with a multi coaxial rotating joint (MCRJ) and with a multi-switch box for the connection of more independent decoders (4 outputs for multi-switch, up to a maximum quantity of 16 for antenna).
The antenna can turn infinitely on its axis, since there is no coaxial cable wrapping (SCC), without interrupting the TV signal. Mars 4 SKEW is equipped with a control unit that can be embedded in the electronic panel on board. Seven satellites are already precharged on the control unit, and they’re recognized by the NIT system (Network Identification Table). Mars 4 SKEW is the optimal choice to watch TV during good or bad weather conditions, either when cruising or at anchor. It is also ready for future updating.
