Extreme Duty (XD) Performance

Lenco Electric Extreme Duty Polished Blade Trim Tab Kits feature fast response actuators for precise control.

They are fully submersible and feature Plug & Play Deutsch connections.

Blades are Electro-Polished 10 Gauge – 304 SS with 1″ turned up edges, an 85 degree inside taper and 3/8″diameter hinge pin. Extreme Duty actuators with 3/8″ SS bolts.

Kit is factory assembled with full transom back plate, mechanical strain relief cable seal, adjustable C-channel mounting brackets and 3.75″ sacrificial anodes.

All the robust features of our single actuator XD series with twice the actuator power for larger, faster boats that don’t back away from rough conditions. Boat lengths 23’ (7 m) to 50’ (15.2 m). Blades are constructed of Electro-Polished 10 gauge (3.4 mm) laser cut 304 stainless steel with 1” (2.5 cm) turned up edges and a 5 degree taper on the inside, heavy duty hinge with 3/8” (9.5 mm) diameter hinge pin. Full transom back plate with mechanical strain-relief cable seals, welded on stainless steel upper & adjustable lower actuator mounting brackets,3/8” (9.5 mm) stainless steel mounting bolts. 3.75” (9.5 cm) sacrificial anodes installed.

The only single actuator Extreme Duty design offered. This kit is similar to our Heavy Duty Performance series with a thicker, stronger blade for those boaters who run hard in extreme conditions. Boat lengths 20’ (6.1 m) to 40’ (12.2 m). Blades are constructed of Electro-Polished 10 gauge (3.4 mm) laser cut 304 stainless steel with 1” (2.5 cm) turned up edges and a 5 degree taper on the inside, heavy duty hinge with 3/8” (9.5 mm) diameter hinge pin. Full transom back plate with mechanical strain-relief cable seals, welded on stainless steel upper & adjustable lower actuator mounting brackets, 3/8” (9.5 mm) stainless steel mounting bolts. 3.75” (9.5 cm) sacrificial anodes installed.
