Edge Mount
Designed for boat applications where a lower actuator mounting height is desirable.
The actuator mounts at the trailing edge of the blade giving it a 13.5″ (34.29 cm) mounting height on 9″ (22.9 cm) long blades & 11″ (27.94 cm) mounting height on 12″ (30.5 cm) long blades. All edges are turned up for added strength and style. Boat lengths are from 14′ (4.3 m) to 36′ (11 m).
Blades are constructed of 12-gauge (2.7 mm) laser cut 304 stainless steel with 1″ (2.5 cm) turned up edges and a 5 degree taper on both sides to the trailing edge, & 1/8″ (3.2 mm) diameter hinge pin. Upper and lower high impact corrosion proof mounting brackets with a mechanical cable gland seal.
Extreme Duty (XD) Performance
Lenco Electric Extreme Duty Polished Blade Trim Tab Kits feature fast response actuators for precise control.
They are fully submersible and feature Plug & Play Deutsch connections.
Blades are Electro-Polished 10 Gauge – 304 SS with 1″ turned up edges, an 85 degree inside taper and 3/8″diameter hinge pin. Extreme Duty actuators with 3/8″ SS bolts.
Kit is factory assembled with full transom back plate, mechanical strain relief cable seal, adjustable C-channel mounting brackets and 3.75″ sacrificial anodes.
