The AM/FM is a common VHF transmission mode. AM/FM bands are less prone to disturbances and interferences assuring a clear transmission and reception of signals. AM/FM antennas are often used to listen to radio stations also during navigation.

The RA1288 is a 2,4m (8’) AM-FM antenna aimed for installation on motorboats and large yachts. The shape is identical to that of RA1206CR (VHF), RA1278 (CB) and RA161 (mobile phone) antennas to assure a balanced look of your boat.
