Revision program can be carried out by our engineers who have passed all the training courses in the factory of Lofrans’ and are able to rebuild your thruster within 2 weeks using only original Lofrans’ parts!

How we received the unit and in what condition we delivered back!
The steps of the program are the following:
You deliver the unit at our facilities after we give you the “approval form” and we run the following:
- Initial inspection and complete disassembly of your Lofrans’ windlass
- Inspection and full report on the condition of all components, with photos of all parts requiring replacement
- Replacement of all seals and bearings
- Repair cost analysis through a comprehensive and detailed quotation
- Rebuild of your unit following your approval to proceed
- Extra option of grit-blasting of all casted parts and re-painting
Deliver to you the windlass in “As-good-as-new“ condition, with extended warranty period of one year.
